Why I'm Running
I chose Poway because of its strong schools, family values, and commitment to community.
As a father of three daughters, a son, and a proud grandfather, I understand the important role education plays in shaping future generations. Over the years, I have worked alongside students, parents, and educators, including serving on the board ofStephen Hawking Charter School, where I learned the value of strong schools, engaged families, and accountable leadership.
Having raised my children through different stages of education, from elementary school to college, I understand the importance of preparing students not just for graduation, but for success in life.
I am running for the Poway Unified School District Board because I believe our schools should focus on academic excellence, strong parental rights, fiscal responsibility, and preparing students for success in life—without compromising our values.
